Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception/Administrative Support professional to join our team at Warrior Insurance Network.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including mail, faxes, and email.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments, as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid typing/data entry skills (min. 30 wpm).
  • Solid PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college courses.
  • Insurance experience.
