About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Spectrum. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and high-capacity networks
