Responsibilities:
- Use outbound sales strategies to generate leads and create relationships with vendors like hospitals, universities, manufacturing companies, or small and medium-sized businesses.
- Identify the needs of customers and market technology products, office equipment, and services.
- Develop and manage a territory plan to see new leads and current customers.
- Research and consult leads from tradeshows, direct inquiry, and cold calls.
- Demonstrate equipment and services to customers on-site or in our offices, providing them with a high level of service in answering their questions.
- Maintain and track your sales efforts – this will require a solid understanding of the sales cycle and managing a pipeline effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A competitive nature and a strong desire to win.
- Experience in sales/customer service role or telemarketing.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
