Job Title: Senior Partner Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Manager to drive and manage strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Solution Partners, and Tech Alliances. This senior-level role will be based in Austin, TX, and will play a critical role in growing our business through key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with major Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), Solution Partners, and technology alliances to drive business growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage partner-driven opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans, sales strategies, and co-marketing campaigns to expand market reach.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment between partnership goals and company objectives.
  • Lead partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring favorable terms that align with business goals.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, including pipeline creation, deal closure rates, and revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in cloud computing, and leverage this knowledge to inform partnership strategies.
  • Equip partners with the tools, training, and resources they need to succeed in selling and implementing solutions.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner management, with a strong focus on Cloud Service Providers.
  • Deep understanding of the cloud ecosystem, including leading CSPs (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure), and proven success in building and scaling cloud-related partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate significant revenue through partner channels and close complex deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
