Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – HVAC

Location: Washington State

Position Summary: As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within your assigned territory. This position requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in HVAC sales, a hunter mentality, and a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers through regular sales visits and proactive engagement. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Sales Campaigns: Design and execute effective sales campaigns to drive revenue growth from both new and existing customers. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Budget Assistance: Support management in budgeting by analyzing sales data, gross margins, and product mix. Provide insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, product developments, pricing changes, building code updates, and advancements in HVAC technology.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports as required.
  • Travel: Engage in significant travel to meet business demands and explore new opportunities. This may include attending sales calls, conferences, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales within North America, with a proven track record of successfully growing a sales territory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong self-management, initiative, and leadership abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel and long-distance driving for business purposes.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
  • Additional Earnings: Monthly commissions and profit sharing
  • Average Total Annual Income: Approximately $145,000
