About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our frontline sales team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and tactics. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities, develop sales plans, and implement sales initiatives to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the frontline sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive sales growth and customer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop sales plans
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience in a vacation ownership or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
