Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations
  • Build rapport with prospective and current owners, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Articulate the value proposition of our vacation ownership products
  • Drive sales through effective closing techniques and transaction management
  • No cold calling – all leads are prequalified and provided by the company
  • Participate in ongoing sales and career training to stay ahead of the curve

Requirements and Expectations
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Maintain production standards and overcome objections in a short, luxury sales cycle
  • Be energetic, outgoing, and tenacious, with a high school diploma or equivalent required and a college degree preferred
  • Hold the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or be able to obtain one
