Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company in an ethical, moral, and professional manner by adhering to and administering sales policies and guidelines.
- Effectively deliver required sales targets by closing Front Line transactions on a daily basis.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of Front Line sales representatives.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and provide constructive feedback.
- Recruit future sales associates.
- May be responsible for group sales presentations.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
- Maintain production standards.
- No travel required outside of the home site's area.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred.
Compensation
Target compensation for this position is $250,000 - $300,000, including salary, commissions, and bonuses.
