Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment. They will be responsible for providing technical guidance, leading technical discussions, and ensuring architectural alignment of solutions built.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on customer business requirements.
  2. Assess and develop high-level design requirements and communicate them with development teams.
  3. Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement.
  4. Ensure technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture and scales well.
  5. Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  6. Validate solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customers; identify technical issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve.
  7. Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators, and work on increasing adoption of these accelerators during delivery.
  8. Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementations.
  9. Experience with the Lightning Framework on & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
  10. Managing stakeholder relationships and will be the first point of contact for any issues & escalation.
  11. Manage scope, communication, and collaboration.
  12. Provide program oversight and ensure that enough work is created for two sprints ahead i.e. N-2 backlog is ready as per the capacity defined for POD.
  13. Lead critical & strategic technical discussions with clients.
  14. Assist in collecting technical requirements and reviewing the backlog for technical specifications.
  15. Ensure architectural alignment of solutions built and guide the team on the overall design to ensure solutions meet best practices.
  16. Providing technical guidance and support to development teams.
  17. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution.
  18. Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components.
  19. Excellent leadership, communication, and management skills.
  20. Experience working with Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), API, SOQL, and SOSL.
  21. Experienced in Salesforce Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader and 3rd-party tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development, and deployment.
