Job Overview

RemX Staffing is currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Medicare Customer Service Representatives. This position is fully remote and offers a seasonal opportunity. It is a direct hire role, and candidates must possess a valid Health insurance license.

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in specific states)

Work Schedule: Flexibility required between 6 AM and 2 AM, Monday through Sunday, with a commitment to a 40-hour work week.

Compensation: $21 per hour; $24 per hour for bilingual candidates.

Working Hours: 6 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primarily handle inbound calls, with outbound calls made only at the request of customers.
  • Utilize your expertise to assist clients with their Medicare inquiries.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a mostly inbound call environment.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Guide individuals in understanding their coverage options and selecting appropriate products and services tailored to their health and financial needs.
  • Conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with empathy and active listening, providing efficient solutions.
  • Identify additional customer needs and assist in upgrading products or services.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
  • Access to high-speed internet (greater than 15 Mbps).
  • At least six months of sales experience.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
