Key Responsibilities of the Service Support Specialist:

  • Follow instructions accurately.

  • Adhere to the 10 Foot Rule: greet anyone in a customer area and offer assistance.
  • Ask yourself daily: "If I were a customer, what would I want?" and strive to provide that experience.
  • Be able to stand for extended periods, walk briskly, and run when necessary.
  • Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
  • High School Diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean driving record.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Pass a drug test and background check.
  • Present a professional appearance.
  • Comfortably interact with the public.
  • Effectively communicate customer needs and requests to management and sales teams.

Qualifications of the Service Support Specialist:
