Vehicle Lot Coordinator - Sales Division - Kahlig Auto Group

Are you ready to contribute to a vibrant team in the automotive sector? Kahlig Auto Group is seeking a diligent and detail-focused Vehicle Lot Coordinator to enhance our Sales Division. In this role, you will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience by supporting Sales Representatives and ensuring the vehicle lot is maintained to the highest standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare demonstration vehicles for display
  • Retrieve vehicles from inventory as needed
  • Refuel vehicles for deliveries or demonstrations
  • Clean vehicles as required
  • Transport sold vehicles to the preparation center
  • Ensure all vehicles are in showroom condition
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Deliver vehicles to clients or offsite locations for further services
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts
  • Engage in weekly departmental meetings

Qualifications:

This position may require operating a manual transmission vehicle. The ideal candidate should demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities, possess a positive demeanor, and be a collaborative team member. A High School Diploma or GED is necessary, along with one to two years of relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Applicants must have a valid Operator's Driver's License that is insurable and must be capable of driving a manual transmission vehicle.

Physical Requirements:

The position entails various physical tasks, including standing, walking, handling items, and occasional lifting. Candidates should be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with specific visual capabilities.
