Job Overview:
As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for guests' luggage, managing vehicle parking and retrieval, and delivering prompt and courteous service throughout their stay. Your role is crucial in ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to service standards during every guest interaction.
  • Assist guests with vehicle parking, including issuing claim tickets and parking vehicles in designated areas, demonstrating safe operation of all standard motor vehicles.
  • Efficiently retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
  • Help guests with luggage transport from vehicles to rooms and manage luggage storage as per guest requests.
  • Deliver messages and provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and shopping, including directions to popular local destinations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Prior experience in a valet or bellperson role is preferred.
  • Professional grooming and body language to represent our brand effectively.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull frequently, and remain on your feet for the entire shift.
  • Valid TX driver's license with the ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last two years) or at least 19 years of age with a valid license for a minimum of 1 year and no moving violations.
  • Must possess alcohol training certification (TABC).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
