Job Title: Commercial and Utility Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial and Utility Sales Manager to join our team at Peak Demand, a leading executive search firm focused on solar, renewable energy, and energy storage.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a successful track record in market growth. They will drive sales expansion by cultivating relationships, seeking new accounts, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to establish long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand coverage and drive business growth in the region.
  • Cultivate relationships with utilities, IPPs, developers, and EPC customers across North America.
  • Negotiate contracts and analyze market trends to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage sales data and track market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multi-million dollar transactions, preferably in the PV sector.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and successful track record in market growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • An established network of market contacts.
