Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth and expand our market share.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
