Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and implement sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or sales management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the food service industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Strong customer orientation, high energy, creativity, leadership, and motivational skills.
