Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales approach remains competitive and effective.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Deep understanding of the food service industry and its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
