Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or sales management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of managing teams to exceed sales performance expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation ability.
  • Strong customer orientation and knowledge of the food service industry.
