Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inform customers about our diverse range of financial products, tailoring solutions to meet their individual needs.
  • Address and escalate customer concerns to the appropriate management level when necessary, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance regarding customer inquiries and applications.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers for sales, follow-ups, and collections, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, offering clear explanations and support to enhance their experience.
  • Utilize active listening skills to effectively communicate with customers, clarifying their needs and resolving complaints.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including managing cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports with cash receipts, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Verify customer information to ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Process transactions in accordance with company policies, including loans and check cashing.
  • Adhere to all federal and state regulations as well as company procedures.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training and other assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess reliable transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work in a retail or office environment with extended periods of standing and phone usage.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
  • Must be available to work scheduled shifts.
