Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Directly oversee and manage a team of outside service staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • Develop and implement effective schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
  • Service Delivery
    • Ensure that all outside service areas, including golf carts and practice facilities, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Monitor and maintain the quality and cleanliness of range balls, driving range, and chipping area.
    • Provide exceptional service to members and guests, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee the management of the golf cart fleet, including staging, maintenance, and cleaning.
    • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the cart barn and surrounding areas.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and maintaining equipment, and reporting any issues to management.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with members, guests, and fellow employees to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with the golf professional staff to ensure that all service areas are well-stocked and maintained.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 6 months experience in golf operations or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
