Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator at Fleet Response is responsible for developing and implementing the company's brand strategy and employee engagement efforts. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and produce high-quality video and digital content to support the company's marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy and employee engagement efforts.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals.
  • Develop and produce internal articles about employees, headquarters, and local community.
  • Prepare monthly employee marketing activity, including the Employee of the Month Write-Up and Monthly Work Anniversary Video.
  • Contribute to the unit's overall marketing strategy by developing video and digital content using emerging technologies, platforms, and techniques.
  • Produce and edit videos and photography for websites, social, and electronic communications.
  • Design graphical elements and prepare images for company website, print, and social media.
  • Assist in oversight of company social media sites, create a calendar for posts, and post content.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Assist with employee and client Fleet Response events.
  • Manage website content for Fleet Response, including posting articles/blogs/videos.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • One year of video production experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After-Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
