Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small book of business in direct support of local office operations.
- Master and execute servicing/processing tasks, such as issuing certificates of insurance, and other related service tasks within the Agency Management System/EPIC.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients by consistently responding to internal and external client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Produce accurate and thorough documents using Word and Excel to meet deadlines.
- Assist in the facilitation of the Client Engagement Strategy, including scheduling, creating documents, and documentation in EPIC.
- Organize and market new business submissions in collaboration with other team members and stakeholders.
Requirements:
