The Texas Department of Aging & Disability Services is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Intellectual Disability Program Manager to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of people-centered planning, rehabilitation, and skills acquisition programs. They will be able to coordinate programmatic and clinical services and supports, prepare and maintain records, and communicate effectively with staff and individuals.

We are looking for someone who can work independently and prioritize tasks while adapting to changing circumstances. The successful candidate will also be able to physically perform direct care work as needed and interact harmoniously with staff at all levels.
