Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Independent Living Specialist to join our team at Spread Your Wings, LLC. in California. As an Independent Living Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to clients in developing their independent living skills. You will work closely with our ILS Program Manager to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. This is a part-time position available immediately. The estimated salary for this role is $40,000-$50,000 per year, depending on experience.
