Job Description

As a Program Manager for Mental Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential treatment program. This includes supervising clinical staff, developing treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a Board of Health Professions field, such as social work or psychology, and at least 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical role. A current LCSW, LCP, LPC, or LMFT license is also required.

A competitive salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
