Job Description

As a Junior Project Manager for Digital Energy Management at Matrix Innovations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to digitalized energy management of industrial energy solutions, particularly CHP and biomass plants, power-to-heat (heat storage, heat pumps, electric boilers) and power-to-gas plants, as well as renewable energies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Develop and implement automated processes and interfaces within the energy management system, e.g. for schedules, trading, and forecasts.
  • Economic Evaluation: Conduct economic evaluations of plants for electricity and heat supply, as well as their flexibility to support project development.
  • Modeling and Optimization: Model plants in optimization software (technical, commercial, regulatory conditions) and identify innovations and optimization potentials.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Coordinate with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams/experts within the company to develop innovative solutions for the digitalization of energy management.

About the Role: As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the digitalization of energy management at Matrix Innovations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement new solutions, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for digital energy management. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
