In this exciting role as Contract Management Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the Contract Administration Organization with daily activities. Your focus will be on customer service and responsiveness, providing assistance to the Service Excellence Manager and their teams. The successful candidate will have a minimum of a two-year degree or two years of relevant experience in an administrative support role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment, are required.

Estimated salary for this role is $57,500 - $67,500 per year, depending on location and experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development and growth.

Responsibilities
Setting up and managing preventive maintenance contracts in ERP system
Opening monthly service jobs for all locations
Validating and qualifying service needs with customers before opening preventive maintenance service jobs
Moving jobs from free to planned to ensure procurement
Following up on customer purchase order numbers for contracts
Following up with executed copies of contracts
Supporting service coordinators in scheduling monthly service jobs
Managing service parts used for service in the ERP system by equipment
Updating of leads, opportunities, quotes and orders in CRM
Managing Excel spreadsheets for monthly reporting to Contract Administration Manager
