Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist site visitors while upholding environmental health and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily office functions, including managing mail, visitor logs, office supplies, and room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office space.
  • Digitally archive and file operational documents as necessary.
  • Coordinate team lunches and dinners for the executive team and plant manager.
  • Assist in the procurement and organization of operational supplies.
  • Provide operational support, including planning, procurement, and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure batch tickets and warehouse documentation are processed, scanned, and filed on a daily basis.
  • Keep inventory of office and manufacturing supplies organized and up to date.
