Job Title: Manufacturing/Production Supervisor

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing/Production Supervisor to join our team at our Andover, MA facility. As a key member of our Radio Frequency Components (RFC) team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-25 employees in the Wafer Fabrication operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and direct the flow of work to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
  • Lead a team of employees in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to achieve/exceed cost, quality, delivery, safety goals, and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies.
  • Execute schedule and cost, workforce planning and forecasting, employee hiring and training, time and attendance tracking, area layout and flow management, capital identification and control of overhead expenses, and ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in and/or guiding semiconductor manufacturing in a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma implementation projects.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and solid people management while using good judgment to resolve conflicts.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) and/or SAP.
