About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a critical member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our financial advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors and branch teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive marketing initiatives and events
