At SUNNYLiFE, we're seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to support our continued growth in the US market.

The ideal candidate will have experience in order management, warehouse operations, and logistics. Key responsibilities include:

  • Entering wholesale orders and verifying accuracy in the system
  • Ensuring stock commitments are properly processed and orders are fully committed
  • Managing orders, including on-time deliveries, oversold products, and 'trouble orders'
  • Processing EDI orders
  • Collaborating with the warehouse to ensure orders are processed, fulfilled, and dispatched correctly
  • Assisting with client management, including answering inbound calls, processing credits, and returns
  • Communicating special customer requirements to the warehouse by creating customer-specific guides
  • Managing international orders, including documentation and liaison with necessary parties
  • Liaising with the sales team to ensure orders are ready for processing as per customer expectations

Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will provide support to Account Managers as needed and assist with special projects, such as reporting on e-commerce order fulfillment and inventory management.
