E-Billing Coordinator

Consultative Search Group is seeking an E-Billing Coordinator to support their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience with web-based e-billing systems and vendors, such as Serengeti, Datacert, and Tymetrix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit monthly electronic invoices to clients, ensuring all client guidelines, internal protocol, and firm's guidelines are followed.
- Act as liaison between billing attorney/secretarial staff, practice office billing staff, and clients' staff assigned to electronic billing.
- Populate, maintain, and update data for assigned clients in the firm's 3E system and clients' external web applications.
- Collaborate with departmental supervisors to support e-billing systems by adding or removing user accounts, resetting passwords, assigning proper security levels, entering budgets, creating status reports, and matter profiles in various sub-systems.
- Perform ad hoc analyses of complex client accounts in regards to collections, rates, and reduced and rejected invoices.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience with web-based e-billing systems and vendors.
- Ability to test and troubleshoot multiple e-software applications, summarize findings, and identify potential problem areas.
- Familiarity with LEDES formats, including Ascii and XML formats.
- Possess knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field a plus.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with E-billing vendors and 3E Billing; knowledge of 3E's E-Invoicing module a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience involving general accounting practices.
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience involving billing processes and practices.
Successful candidates will be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
