">JM Eagle seeks an experienced Sales Management Leader to drive retail sales growth and develop new retail relationships. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies to ensure the company's products are properly positioned in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Lead a team of sales account managers to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide market analysis information and sales forecasts to inform production scheduling.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or related field and five (5) years of sales management experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Able to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with customers and attend industry events.
