About the Role

As our new North America Sales Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets, optimizing market strategies, and expanding our presence in the North American market.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic partnerships with distributors and clients across the region.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies promptly.
  2. Team Management: Regularly monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  3. Channel Expansion: Collaborate with online platforms to increase traffic and improve conversion rates.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
