About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales acumen and leadership skills as a Sales Effectiveness Leader at Victoria's Secret. Reporting to the District Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth through effective selling models, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently execute and optimize our selling model to drive sales growth and meet individual goals
  • Develop and maintain a highly satisfied and loyal customer base through regular engagement, conversion, and capturing key customer contact information
  • Support replenishment activities to ensure stores are fully stocked and visually appealing, and collaborate with colleagues on floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, Loss Prevention, and safety protocols in daily operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 5-7 years relevant retail management experience, preferably in sales-driven environments

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $136,500, based on factors such as location, specific skills, and experience.
