Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and review donor eligibility records to ensure compliance with SOPs, agency requirements, and regulations.
  • Retrieve event-related documentation from hospitals and other medical facilities in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with personnel to resolve missing documentation, errors, and other issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and current Good Tissue Practices.
  • Participate in audits and inspections, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a medical environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a quiet office environment.
  • Familiarity with regulations regarding Tissue Banking is preferred.
Working Conditions

Primarily a quiet office environment with some evening and weekend work required.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged sitting, occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
