Position: Showroom Concierge (Part-Time)

Overview:
The Showroom Concierge plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience for every customer at Brilliant Earth while upholding a premium showroom atmosphere.

Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome customers as they arrive, ensuring they have the best possible experience in our showrooms.

Additionally, you will maintain the showroom's immaculate condition, managing multiple interactions with care and attention while celebrating the significant moments in our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively greet and assist customers, crafting a memorable, personalized experience that reflects our luxury brand ethos.


• Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our values and mission to foster a more sustainable and compassionate jewelry industry.

• Conduct follow-up appointments to assist customers with pick-ups, exchanges, resizing, and other inquiries.

• Reach out to customers to confirm appointments and address any pre-visit questions.

• Analyze customer feedback and reviews, collaborating with leadership to enhance the customer experience continuously.

• Ensure the showroom maintains a luxurious appearance, cleanliness, and organization, adhering to new product merchandising standards.

• Perform regular audits to uphold showroom standards and address any identified opportunities for improvement.


• Act as the point of contact for facilities maintenance projects, troubleshooting and executing minor repairs as necessary.


• Enforce policies within the waiting area to guarantee a safe and pleasant environment for all guests while ensuring product security.

• Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area as required.

Qualifications:
• A genuine passion for customer service.

• Attention to detail. You understand that in our customers' most important moments, the little things matter the most. You possess a keen eye for detail in a dynamic work environment.

• Excellent multitasking abilities. You can manage various tasks simultaneously, whether welcoming a customer or updating inventory.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in customer service roles within retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings.

• Familiarity with POS, CRM, or ERP systems and Mac operating systems.

• A commitment to socially and environmentally responsible practices and products.
