We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. This role is responsible for delivering projects of varying size and complexity, working closely with project managers and program managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities will include assisting in the development of project plans, identifying and coordinating resolution of issues and risks, and responsible for the capture and reporting of required project metrics. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to track project progress against the project plan, monitor project milestones, and recommend corrective actions if necessary.

We are looking for a positive attitude with a collaborative approach to working with various resources, and proficiency with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project and SharePoint. Experience working in an Agile/Iterative environment is a plus.
