HTI, a leading provider of non-ferrous metals and copper recyclers, is seeking a skilled Senior Project Scheduler for a brand-new multi-metal recycling startup in the Augusta, GA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule that guides the project's timely and budget-friendly completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining integrated Master Schedules using project management software tools, incorporating critical path analysis, resource leveling, and other scheduling parameters.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders, including contracted design and engineering firms, general contractors, and project team members to ensure project schedules align.
  • Analyzing project progress and performance data to identify critical path trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, developing risk mitigation plans as needed.
  • Providing regular project status reports and progress updates to project managers, stakeholders, and team members, highlighting key schedule risks and opportunities.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
