Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Augusta, Maine. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects of varying size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate Development Effort: Assist in developing estimates for enhancement or development efforts in analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
  • Issue Identification and Coordination: Identify and coordinate resolution/mitigation of issues and risks, escalating them in a timely manner.
  • Project Task Delivery: Ensure the delivery of all work tasks identified in the project plan.
  • Project Metrics Capture and Reporting: Responsible for capturing and reporting required project metrics.
  • Documentation Management: Proactively manage required documentation for the project related to analysis, development, and testing.
  • Project Progress Tracking: Track the project progress against the project plan.
  • Milestone Monitoring: Monitor project milestones and phases to ensure the project is on schedule.
  • Corrective Actions: Recommend corrective actions if a project begins to slip its schedule.
  • Status Reports: Assist in preparing project status reports on a periodic basis for the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Have strong organizational skills.
  • Prioritization and Task Management: Be able to effectively manage and prioritize a variety of tasks/assignments in a dynamic environment.
  • Resource Management: Experience working with various resources across different IT functions (both locally and remotely).
  • Meeting Management: Experience effectively managing meetings with local and remote participants.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative Approach: Positive attitude with a collaborative approach to working with various resources.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project and SharePoint) and experience working in an Agile/Iterative Environment is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
