Job Title:

Medical Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality student care and administer prescribed medications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student health data, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Work collaboratively with school nurses and the CCS Health Services department to organize and administer medications effectively.
  • Monitor student side effects and promptly notify parents and emergency services as necessary.
  • Perform routine first aid and emergency treatment for ill and injured students, prioritizing their safety and well-being.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent required, with relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm essential for efficient record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with parents, staff, and community leaders.
  • Finger dexterity and physical stamina to perform basic life support functions.
