We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Allergy Partners. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience working in a physician office or hospital setting. A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is required, along with the ability to make independent decisions about patient care.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $ $123,456, based on industry standards and the location of our Fayetteville, NC clinic.
Job Responsibilities
As a Nurse Practitioner with Allergy Partners, you will be responsible for providing professional patient care in the office. This includes taking patient history, recording information in the patient chart, and conferring with physicians about new patient findings and potential diagnosis and treatment.
You will also develop and implement patient care plans, instruct and counsel patients, and record progress. Additionally, you may prescribe medications to the extent allowable by state guidelines and clinic regulations.
Our team operates under stressful conditions, and you will frequently be exposed to communicable diseases, toxic substances, needle sticks, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and a working knowledge of managed care basics. Experience diagnosing and treating patients, as well as working with a managed care and Medicare population, is highly desirable.
A strong foundation in practice management and word processing software is also necessary, as is the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Information
This is a full-time position, requiring a full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity, eye-hand coordination, standing, and walking. Employee will occasionally be asked to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds. Normal visual acuity and hearing are required.
