  • Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Coordinating homecare services to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintaining accurate records of patient care and services provided.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalency, along with completion of a Board of Nursing-approved training program and current listing with the division of Facility Services Registry.
  • At least one year of experience in patient care and record-keeping, preferably in an acute care or custodial setting.
  • Documented proof of 75 certified education hours.
  • The ability to independently organize work and provide effective health care services to homebound patients.
  • Travel and working conditions as assigned.
