Seeking an Experienced Office Manager for Our New York City Location

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager in our New York City location. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. A strong logistics background is essential for this role, as well as experience with administrative and clerical work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize office activities, including meeting planning and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Assist with project management and coordination
  • Support with coordinating inbound and outbound mail and packages

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
