Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership to comprehend client requirements and facilitate the deployment of technical solutions tailored to those needs.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Ema's technology and its foundational architectures.
  • Present engaging product demonstrations customized to the specific interests of prospective clients, highlighting essential features and advantages.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to execute successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), illustrating the practicality and benefits of Ema within their operational context.
  • Establish yourself as a Trusted Advisor to key client stakeholders, focusing on achieving their desired business outcomes.
  • Work alongside clients to design and architect solutions that align with their strategic objectives, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Guide project teams towards shared goals of expediting the adoption of Ema's solutions.
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of Ema's solutions throughout the engagement process, from demonstrations to workshops, design sessions, and implementation phases.
  • Assist in transitioning Ema's solutions from PoC to full production.
  • Understand clients' cloud or on-premises environments and their specific requirements for deploying Ema's solutions. Collaborate with our engineering team to translate client needs into a deployable solution that fits Ema's models.
  • Address client challenges through effective diagnosis and resolution, or by implementing new investigative tools to enhance productivity on Ema's platform. Develop repeatable processes and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration guides, and best practices.
  • Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal teams in engineering, sales, and product to overcome technical deployment challenges and enhance Ema's offerings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Over 8 years of experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales positions.
  • Profound understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Extensive experience in solution design, architecture, and integration.
  • Familiarity with relevant programming languages and technologies.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for addressing and resolving client challenges.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
  • Strong collaborative abilities, effective both independently and as part of a global team.
