Job Summary

The Part-Time Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for customers at Dale Earnhardt Jr. Buick GMC Cadillac. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the guest services desk, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing customers to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer traffic and sales metrics, to support the sales team's performance.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager and Greeters to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including reconciling data entry and updating dealership software.
  • Produce daily reports, including the Daily Update, Performance Metric, and other critical sales process metrics.
  • Offer refreshments to guests and maintain a clean and comfortable environment in the showroom.
  • Participate in required training and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Record hours worked accurately in the company timekeeping system and follow safety rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience desired, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products and ability to learn dealership management systems and web-based applications.
  • Valid driver's license and automobile salesperson license required.
