As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs in support of our organization's products and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of multiple complex technical projects or programs
  • Partner with cross-functional development teams to prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs
  • Perform program analysis, manage risk, identify and influence necessary course corrections, and communicate program status and activities across multiple levels of management
  • Rapidly identify blockers/issues and work cross-functionally to effectively resolve with appropriate stakeholders
  • Identify resources needed and work closely with team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus technical constraints
  • Strategically partner with stakeholders to understand needs and priorities
  • Translate functional plans into operational processes and guide execution
  • Create a TPM community; advocate the value of TPMs, mentor TPMs across the organization, and ensure that business and engineering TPM needs are being met
  • Establish lightweight processes and introduce best practices to maximize the velocity and efficiency of the team, without adding unnecessary overhead
Requirements
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence
  • Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in program/project management, scrum master, professional technology organization, or a related field
  • Experience with wearable technology (hardware/software), mobile technologies, machine learning/AI preferred
  • Preferred Certifications Program Management Professional
