About the Role

We are seeking an IT Security Analyst I to join our team at FIS Global. As a member of our PCI Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our payment processing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight of Payment Card Industry (PCI) processing environments and PCI DSS assessment project management, including collection, evaluation, and retention of evidence.
  • Monitor results of vulnerability scans and remediation, as well as Application and Network Penetration Testing and remediation efforts for compliance with FIS policy and PCI DSS Requirements.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of PCI DSS Requirements, Testing Procedures, and Reporting Templates.
  • Review significant PCI security events and advise business owners of action steps required to meet PCI DSS Requirements.
  • Create information security documentation related to work area and complete requests in accordance with company requirements.
  • Identify opportunities and execute plans to improve workflow, understand and quantify business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team.
  • A professional demeanor, including the ability to interact directly with employees, managers, and executives at all levels of the organization.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas: Information Security auditing, IT Control testing/development, Network/Perimeter security, Server/Endpoint security (Windows, Oracle, Unix, Mainframe).
  • Current industry certifications (Security +, Network +, CC).
  • Prior onsite assessment, risk assessment, or internal audit experience.
  • Prior experience in the banking, banking software, and/or FinTech sector.
