About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at FIS, you will lead and develop a team of business development representatives within our e-commerce business. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, build solid relationships, and encourage colleague career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently exceed new business targets.
  • Coach your team and build a large prospect pipeline.
  • Participate in the sales process as a senior voice of Worldpay from FIS.
  • Work collaboratively across functions and build your business development team.

Requirements:

  • An in-depth knowledge of FIS products and a general knowledge of financial solutions technology.
  • The ability to communicate with all three levels of management.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.

The pay range for this full-time position is $96,159,410.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location.

Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
