As a PCI Assurance Specialist at FIS, you will be responsible for providing oversight of Payment Card Industry (PCI) processing environments and PCI DSS assessment project management. This includes collection, evaluation, and retention of evidence; monitoring results of vulnerability scans and remediation; and monitoring results of Application and Network Penetration Testing and remediation efforts for compliance with FIS policy and PCI DSS Requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an understanding of PCI DSS Requirements, Testing Procedures, and Reporting Templates.
* Review significant PCI security events and advise business owners of action steps required to meet PCI DSS Requirements.
* Create information security documentation related to work area and complete requests in accordance with company requirements.
* Identify opportunities and execute plans to improve workflow, understand and quantify business impacts of those improvements for communication to management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fluent in English; strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work well independently and within a team.
* A professional demeanor, including the ability to interact directly with employees, managers, and executives at all levels of the organization.
* A high degree of attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
* Working knowledge or experience in at least one of the following areas: Information Security auditing, IT Control testing/development, Network/Perimeter security, Server/Endpoint security (Windows, Oracle, Unix, Mainframe).
* Current industry certifications (Security +, Network +, CC).
* Prior onsite assessment, risk assessment, or internal audit experience.
* Prior experience in the banking, banking software, and/or FinTech sector.
